US Visa Letter of Invitation Request

Visa Waiver Program:

If you are a resident of one of the 38 countries listed below, you are not required to apply for an entry visa to enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.

Letter of Invitation Request:

In order to qualify for a Letter of Invitation, YOU must meet both of the following criteria:

1. Received an invitation as Presenter (HRD-xxx) or Non-Presenter (HRD-LIS-xxx)
   
2. Have paid the conference registration fee in full

If you meet the above requirements then complete the Letters of Invitation form below. A Letter of Invitation will be sent by email PDF attachment and a physical copy mailed to your residence or place of work.
