Important Information Regarding Financial Sponsorship


At this time, the 21st Century Academic Forum is regrettably unable to offer any financial assistance to conference participants. Please be advised that all people submitting a proposal for an oral or poster presentation must be able to pay all expenses (including Conference Fees) associated with attending any of our 21st Century Academic Forum Conferences. We hope to have scholarships and other financial assistance available in the near future. In the meantime, we wish you our best in trying to locate funding sources.

Conference Fees


Presenter's Registration Fee Includes: (all attending authors must register and pay his/her conference fees - this includes each co-author)
  • Welcome Reception/Registration the evening before the conference
  • Lunch for both days of conference
  • Name Badge and lanyard
  • Conference tote bag
  • Conference Program Book (each presenter's abstract will be printed in the Conference Program Book, along with all co-author's names)
  • Paper published in our Conference Proceedings (subject to acceptance by Conference Proceedings Editorial Board)
  • Possibility of being published in one of our three peer-reviewed journals
  • Participation Certificate
  • Morning and Afternoon Coffee breaks
Presenter's Conference Fees:
  • Early Bird Registration - $350
  • Regular Registration - $400
  • Late Registration - $450
Multiple Presentation Per Additional Presentation  (up to 3 total)
  • Early Bird Registration - $150
  • Regular Registration - $200
  • Late Registration - $250

Non-Presenter's (Listeners) Registration Fee Includes:
  • Welcome Reception/Registration the evening before the conference
  • Lunch for both days of conference
  • Name Badge and lanyard

Non-Presenter's Conference Fees:
  • Early Bird Registration - $250
  • Regular Registration - $300
  • Late Registration - $350

Payment Methods:

We use PayPal for our online payments. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. Note: a PayPal account is not required for online credit card payments (though you are welcome to use one) nor are you required to create an account to complete the process.

We also accept domestic and international wire transfers. You will find the required account information on the "Pay Online" page for your respective conference.

Invoices:

If you require an invoice, please contact us at with "Invoice Request" in the subject line. In the body of the email please include the following information: (1) your Reference Number; (2) Full Name; and (3) Invoice Amount.

Receipt / Participation Certificate:

Each participant will be provided an official receipt, along with a certificate of participation, upon registering at the conference. In the meantime, your PayPal receipt will serve as
your receipt. If you pay by bank transfer, the the receipt from your bank, once confirmed by the 21st Century Academic Forum, will serve as your receipt.

Cancellation / Refunds:

* Please note that if you need to cancel you registration for whatever reason, you must do so in writing by one full month prior to the start of the conference. Those paying by credit card (PayPal) will receive a refundsubject to a US$50 cancellation fee.
Those paying by bank wire transfer will receive a refund subject to a US$100 cancellation fee. Please email us at using the subject line: Cancellation/Refund Request. Please include your Reference Number, full name, PayPal/Stripe account or your preferred method of receiving your refund.

** Presenters who cancel after the one month deadline will be designated as Absentee Presenters and will receive conference items sent by mail. Absentee Presenters abstracts will appear in the Conference Program Book and are still eligible to submit their paper for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.


Visa Invitation Letters:

Upon making full conference fee payment, we will issue an official Letter of Invitation, documenting the receipt of full payment of conference fees. The Letter of Invitation is the only thing we can do on your behalf in obtaining your visa. A non-immigrant visa is a matter between you and your respective embassy/consulate. We recommend that you read the visa requirements and application procedures very carefully and apply as early as you can for your visa.
