All attending authors must pay his/her conference fees - this includes each co-author.

Oral, Poster, and Absentee Presenter Fees:

Late Registration Fee Payment: $450 | Payment received by November 3, 2015
Multiple Presentation Registration Fees (per additional Oral or Poster Presentation):

Late Registration Fee Payment: $250 | Payment received by November 3, 2015
Non Presenter's (Listener)  Registration Fees:

Late Registration Fee Payment: $350 | Payment received by November 3, 2015

Presenter Late Registration Payments must be received by November 3, 2015.
Listener Late Registration Payments must be received by November 3, 2015.
