All attending authors must pay his/her conference fees - this includes each co-author.

Oral, Poster, and Absentee Presenter Fees:

Late Registration Fee Payment: $450 | Payment received by August 28, 2015

Multiple Presentation Registration Fees (per additional Oral or Poster Presentation):

Late Registration Fee Payment: $250 | Payment received by August 28, 2015

Non Presenter's (Listener)  Registration Fees:

Late Registration Fee Payment: $350 | Payment received by September 11, 2015

Oral Presenters... We do have a few presentation slots available during
the last session (4:00 - 6:00) on Tuesday, September 22nd.
However, please contact us at before making payment.

Presenter Registration Fee Payments must be received by August 28, 2015.
Listener Registration Fee Payments must be received by September 11, 2015.
