You can apply for a visa by completing an Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160) on the U.S. Department of State website. The visa application costs $160. Further details about applying for a visa are here.

As part of the visa application process, you may be required to submit a Letter of Invitation from the conference organizing committee. We ask that you please understand and respect the process for obtaining this Letter of Invitation.

Letters of Invitation:

In order to qualify for a Letter of Invitation, YOU must meet both of the following criteria:

  1. Be a registered audience member or the author of an accepted abstract and/or paper
  2. Have PAID the conference registration fee in full
If you meet the above requirements then continue to the Letter of Invitation page. Subject to approval, all Letters of Invitation will be sent by an email PDF attachment and a physical copy mailed to your residence or place of work.
