HCT Faculty Conference Registration & Fee Payment


Oral & Poster Presenters must have submitted their proposal for review and received an Acceptance Letter from the Conference Committee. Presenters are asked to use the conference Reference Number included on your Acceptance Letter and communications with 21CAF.

NOTE: All attending authors must pay his/her conference fees - this includes each co-author.

ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION FEES

HCT Special Fee Rate: $200 | Payment received by 20 MARCH 2017
MULTIPLE PRESENTATION FEES (for second or third presentation)

HCT Special Fee Rate: $75  | Payment received by 20 MARCH 2017

HCT faculty who intend to attend as Non-Presenters (Listeners) can complete
the "one-step" registration and fee payment form below.

NON-PRESENTER (LISTENER) FEES

HCT Special Fee Rate: $200 | Payment received by 31 MARCH 2017
Presenter Registration Payments must be received by 20 MARCH 2017.
Listener Registration Payments must be received by 31 MARCH 2017.
