PRESENTATION PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

**Please do not email your abstract or full-paper to the 21st Century Academic Forum. We ask you to submit your abstract proposals in English through our Online Submission System until the final deadline of 13 MARCH 2017.

IMPORTANT: The Conference Program Committee reviews abstract proposals on a rolling basis and authors will typically receive a decision within two weeks of his/her submission. Oral Presentation slots are limited and will be scheduled on a first-come, first served basis.

Note: There are two different Online Submission Forms, one for Presenters and the other for Non-Presenters (Listeners). Please use the appropriate Submission Form. Both forms can be found on the navigation menu on the left margin, as well as the Conferences and Submissions page on our website. Non-Presenters who are ready to apply now can click HERE to go directly to the Non-Presenter (Listener) Online Submission Form.

TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS

Oral Presentation: An Oral Presentation is an opportunity to share research findings, theoretical or practical recommendations, lessons learned, and educational best practices. Presenters area allotted with a 15 - 20 minute presentation time, followed by a 5-minute question and answer time. Oral Presentations will be scheduled in thematic clusters.

Poster Sessions: Poster presentations convey information quickly and effectively, without the formality of oral presentations. Poster sessions allow the presenter to enjoy more one-to-one communication with conference participants.

Please note that audio-visual equipment cannot be used and there are no printing facilities at the conference venue. Posters may be displayed for longer than the specified time, but presenters should be with their posters during the designated poster presentation session.

Please click here for: Poster Guidelines

Absentee Presenters: For those that are unable to join us at ICEWD'17, we offer you the opportunity to present your work via a narrated presentation, which can be uploaded to our website prior to the conference. Your abstract will be printed in the Conference Program Book and your paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Conference registration materials (Certificate of Participation, official receipt, Conference Program Book, and tote bag) will be sent by post following the conference.

PAPER PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

All papers that meet the 21st Century Academic Forum’s Conference Proceedings guidelines will be published in our online Conference Proceedings (ISSN: ). Papers must be submitted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings by 7 JULY 2017. We purposely set the deadline for papers three months following the conference with the rationale that authors should use the feedback they receive at the conference in crafting their final drafts of their paper. Authors are also highly encouraged to take advantage of the free workshops

The Conference Proceedings will be published on 7 OCTOBER 2017
The editors of our peer-reviewed Journal of 21st Century Education (ISSN: ) select the best papers from the Conference Proceedings to appear in special thematic issues of the journal.

The 21st Century Academic Forum is fully committed to Open Access information, making your research papers available to a global audience.
